PREQUALIFICATION OF ARCHITECTS /ARCHITECTURAL FIRMS
Neelachal Gramya Bank invites pre-qualification application from reputed & experienced Architects/Architectural firms for providing comprehensive consultancy services for Planning Designing and Supervision of Bank’s Head Office Building at Plot No.J-1, Mauza : Jagamara, Pokhariput, Bhubaneswar-751020. The firm should have experience in planning, designing, supervision of office buildings as per following eligibility criteria.
A: Scope of work :
Planning, Designing & Supervision of construction of Bank’s Building at plot No.J-1, Mouza : Jagamara, Pokhariput, Bhubaneswar-751020 to accommodate branch, currency chest as well as its head office with adequate parking facilities as per Bhubaneswar Development Authority’s By-Law. The scope of work, therefore, includes Planning, Designing of building including External & Internal Electrical Installation, Sanitary & Plumbing, Interior, Air-Conditioning, EPBAX, Net Working, Fire Alarm & Detection, Security Systems, obtaining of approval from BDA/ concerned authorities, preparation of tender documents, short listing of contractors, making recommendation on tenders received, supervision of work, checking of bills etc. all as per IBA manual and CVC guideline.
Reputed Firm, those who have successfully executed similar types of works as stated above, may apply provided they meet eligibility criteria as under:-
B: Eligibility Criteria :

Intending Architect or Partners or Directors of Architectural firms are to be Graduate/Post Graduate in Architecture from any recognized institute from India or abroad.

Member of the Indian Institute of Architects and should be registered with Council of Architecture.

Architects/Architectural firms should have at least 15 years of experience in practicing Architectural Consultancy Services as on 30.06.2010.

Architects/Architectural firms should have successfully completed similar type of works of following magnitude as on 30.06.2010. Out of which one work must include Interior, Lan Net Working, EPBAX, Security System, Air-Conditioning along with Civil, Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing works. Whereas, another one must include construction of currency chest.
i.Minimum one similar work costing not less than Rs 200 Lacs each.
OR
ii.Minimum two similar works costing not less than Rs.150 Lacs each.
OR
iii.
Minimum three works costing not less than Rs.100 Lacs each.
C: HOW TO APPLY.
The eligible Architects / firms may obtain prescribed format of application by downloading from the Bank’s official website.
The prescribed format duly filled in with all necessary particulars with copies of certificates / credentials should reach in sealed cover superscribing “Prequalification of Architects/Architectural Firms for construction of Head Office Building” at the following address on or before 26.07.2010 by 2 PM. Applications will be opened on the same day at 3.00 PM

D: Selection Criteria :
- Selection will be made based on particulars and documents furnished by the applicant as required and satisfactory verification carried out by the Bank. Incomplete information in the application will lead to summarily rejection. If any information furnished by the applicant is found incorrect at a later stage, they shall be liable to be debarred from the work. The Bank reserves the right to verify the particulars furnished by the applicant independently.
- Selection of firms will be restricted to those considered eligible from the applicants and no further press notice in this regard will be issued. Only pre qualified firms will be called for presentation before the selection committee. Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
- For any other clarification, intending agencies may contact at the above mentioned address before the last date of submission during working hours as mentioned above.
- Incomplete applications and applications not filled properly with requisite details are liable for rejection and Bank will not entertain any further communication in such cases.
- The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications with out assigning any reasons whatsoever
